Withdrawals require CNIC verification on first request. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Submitting false identification documents is grounds for permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities. Verification typically takes under 10 minutes.

All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, and all balances across all related accounts will be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration — including your real name (matching your CNIC), date of birth, mobile number, and email address. pk8888 will not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by members, including delayed or failed withdrawals caused by name mismatches between your account and your payment account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any other person. pk8888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pk8888 support immediately at support@pk8888.click. pk8888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member has shared or negligently managed their credentials.
pk8888 accepts deposits via the following methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
The minimum deposit at pk8888 is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though high-value deposits may trigger enhanced verification procedures under our AML policy.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed instantly and reflect in your pk8888 balance within 60 seconds under normal conditions. IBFT transfers are typically processed within 30 minutes during banking hours. Card deposits process within 2–5 minutes. pk8888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's own processing times.
You confirm that all funds deposited at pk8888 originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. pk8888 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and may request documentation of fund sources for high-value deposits or unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.
Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a member are not accepted. Your deposit method must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts not matching your registered details may be reversed and the account reviewed.
The minimum withdrawal amount at pk8888 is Rs 200. Withdrawals below this amount are not processed.
All members must complete CNIC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie. This is a one-time process. Verified accounts proceed to withdrawal processing without re-verification unless the account triggers a security flag.
Standard members can expect Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval. IBFT withdrawals process within 30 minutes during banking hours. Gold VIP members receive priority processing, typically under 2 minutes. Diamond VIP members receive near-instant processing as standard. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name — the same name that appears on your CNIC. pk8888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where technically possible, withdrawals are processed back to the deposit source.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the wagering requirement associated with the bonus. Once converted, the resulting real-money funds are freely withdrawable. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited — your original real-money balance is unaffected.
All bonuses offered by pk8888 are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general terms, the specific terms take precedence.
Most deposit bonuses at pk8888 carry a wagering requirement. For sports bets, the standard requirement is 10x the bonus amount. For casino games, the standard requirement is 20x. Promotional pages and the My Bonuses section of your account show the exact wagering requirement for each active bonus. Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher count toward sports wagering requirements.
Bonuses that carry a wagering requirement expire 30 days after being credited if the wagering requirement has not been met. On expiry, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are forfeited. Cashback bonuses with no wagering requirement do not expire once credited.
pk8888 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, coordinated betting between accounts, and exploiting technical errors or promotional miscommunications. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.
pk8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in progress at the time of withdrawal is honoured under its original stated terms.
All crash games and random-outcome games at pk8888 use provably fair cryptographic random number generation. Before each round, a hashed server seed is published. After the round concludes, the server seed is revealed, allowing independent verification that the outcome was not manipulated. Neither pk8888 nor any player can predict or influence game outcomes under this system.
Each game category at pk8888 — including PSL betting, baccarat, crash games, and Ludo — is governed by its own specific rules available within the game lobby. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly relating to game play, and these general terms take precedence for matters relating to accounts, payments, and bonuses.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games at pk8888. These are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, member tier, and active promotions. pk8888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Members will be notified of changes that affect active sessions before those changes take effect.
In the event of a software malfunction, connection failure, or other technical error during a game round, pk8888's decision on the outcome of the affected round is final. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the affected bet amount will be returned to the member's balance. pk8888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions attributable to the member's own device or internet connection.
PSL and cricket betting markets at pk8888 are subject to standard sports betting settlement rules. Matches abandoned without a result will have applicable bets voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted before an abandoned event are treated on a market-by-market basis as specified in the PSL betting lobby. Accumulator bets including an abandoned leg will have that leg treated as a void and the accumulator recalculated.

pk8888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it reasonably believes the account is being used in violation of these terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, poses an AML risk, or where continued operation of the account would expose pk8888 to legal, reputational, or financial risk. In such cases, real-money balances will be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@pk8888.click. Requests for self-closure are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Members who feel their gaming has become problematic may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period ends — or permanently, for permanent exclusions. All marketing communications to self-excluded members are stopped immediately.
